About AHT
One team from drawing to delivery
AHT Construction designs and builds in Gabon and Lebanon. Architecture, civil works, electrical and mechanical engineering are handled together, so every project is drawn, priced and built as one coordinated whole.
Every project card we publish lists the same four scopes, and every quote is itemised line by line, in square metres, linear metres and units, before work starts.

What we do

Our quotes are organised the way the work is built: in trade packages, each with its own unit, quantity and price. These are the packages we deliver.
How a project runs
From study to handover
Study & design
Site survey, layout and levels, then architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical drawings with 3D renders of the finished building.
Itemised quote
A detailed devis with every line in its unit (m², ml, m³ or per item). Prices are fixed for the 10-day validity of the offer.
Construction
Foundations, structure, masonry and networks executed to the drawings, the geotechnical report and the project manager's specifications.
Final handover
Final acceptance of the works on site. Any change along the way is agreed in a written amendment to the quote.
